AN ALTERNATIVE approach to harmonizing short-term rental homes near residential homes, that of setting a maximum parking limit for vacation homes, the larger ones of which are sometimes referred to as “monster houses,” will be a topic of discussion at an upcoming public workshop on proposed revisions to Chapter 5 of the Walton County Land Development Code.
