NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Walton County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 9:00 a.m or as soon thereafter as may be heard at the South Walton County Courthouse Annex, at 31 Coastal Centre Blvd, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The following items will be heard:

QUASI-JUDICIAL ITEMS:

​Summer House Bed & Breakfast Rehearing – Request to approve by final order. Project number 15-00100206 being reviewed by Tim Brown. This is a rehearing on a major development order application submitted by Jenkins Engineering, Inc., requesting the approval to develop a bed and breakfast facility containing 25 guest rooms in a three-story house with 13,130 square feet consisting of 0.65 acres with a future land use of Neighborhood Infill and Neighborhood Commercial on the Inlet Beach Neighborhood Plan. Sand Dollar Court Subdivision – Request to approve by final order.  Project number 17-00100001 is being reviewed by Rita Banhunyadi.  This is a major development order application submitted by Dewberry/Preble-Rish on behalf of Bryan E. Duke requesting approval to develop a four lot residential subdivision on 0.69 acres, each lot consisting of 0.17 acres with a future land use of Neighborhood Infill.
