Fox Lake Development Easements – Project number 15-00800006 is being reviewed by Brian Underwood.  This is a Petition for Abandonment application submitted by Emerald Coast Associates, Inc., requesting the abandonment of existing 33-foot public utility & access easements containing +/- 0.75 acres within the proposed Fox Lake Development site, with a future land use of Neighborhood Infill.  The project is located on the south side Fairway Drive approximately one-half mile west of CR 393 and is identified by parcel number(s) 03-3S-20-34150-000-0080 & 03-3S-20-34150-000-0090.
