JUDGE KELVIN WELLS (R) and Judge Howard LaPorte presented Dorothy Kinkey with the Liberty Bell Award May 8 at the Emerald Coast Conference Center, on Law Day 2009, to recognize her 25 years of service as a Guardian Ad Litem. Kinkey accepted the award, saying, “Thank you so much…the children are worth it.”
