SUSPECTED MURDERER Thomas McCoy was apprehended in Tampa after a shootout with local police. McCoy was struck twice, though the wounds were not life threatening. McCoy had on the run since the fatal shooting of a Coca-Cola vendor on the DeFuniak Springs campus of Northwest Florida State College.
