REQUEST FOR BIDS

SALE OF SURPLUS AIRPORT TRACTOR TUG

April 10, 2014

 

The City of DeFuniak Springs is requesting bids for the sale of Surplus Airport Tractor Tug.  The City will accept sealed bids in hard copy format only until April 24, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. CDT. The sealed bids will be opened in the Council Chambers on the above date and time and read aloud. The bids shall be marked on the outside of the envelope “Sealed Bid – RFB Sale of Surplus Airport Tractor Tug.”  Sealed bids will be received at 71 US Highway 90 West, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32433 or P.O. Box 685, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.  Any bids received after 2:30 p.m. CDT on the above date will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the bidder. The City Council will award the bid at its next regularly scheduled Council meeting on April 28, 2014.

 

Any additional information concerning the bid procedure or equipment may be obtained from Ryan Adams, Airport Services Supervisor at (850) 892-2000 or ryan@defuniaksprings.net.

 

Equipment will be sold in “as is” condition and may be viewed at the DeFuniak Springs Municipal Airport by appointment only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at 1931 US Highway 90 West, DeFuniak Springs, Florida.
