The Walton County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold their regular public hearing on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. at the South Walton Courthouse Annex in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459.  The following items are scheduled for review and action:

ROBERT FRAPPIER VARIANCE Ð Project number 13-00500010 is being reviewed by Tim Brown.  This is a petition for variance application submitted by Robert Frappier requesting a 11 foot rear yard setback variance from 15 feet to 4 feet, to use three cottages as dwellings units on 0.481 acres with a future land use designation of Residential Preservation.  The project is located at the corner of Hotz Avenue and Banfill Street and is approximately 250 feet from the Red Bar in Grayton Beach and identified by parcel number(s) 08-3s-19-25030-009-0100.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment will make a final determination to grant a variance, deny a variance, uphold the directorÕs decision, overturn the directorÕs decision, or continue to a later date.  Any agenda item that is tabled will be scheduled for a future Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.  The applicant/petitioner may appeal the decision of this board to the Circuit Court of Walton County.
