¥ Compatible with present and projected uses of adjacent property.
¥ Current survey and wetlands delineation information is suggested.

Neighborhood Serving Commercial Sign Shop – Project number 13-00100056 is being reviewed by Brian Underwood. LIMITED OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT APPEAL Ð This is an administrative appeal submitted by Bill Brakebill, appealing the Planning and Development Services Director’s Administrative Interpretation dated October 1, 2013 relating to ÒLimited Outdoor EntertainmentÓ specifically as it applies to the Walton County Land Development Code 2.01.02 Land use Districts; 2.01.3 Allowable Uses Section N. The Zoning Board of Adjustment will make a final determination to grant a variance, deny a variance, uphold the director’s decision, overturn the director’s decision, or continue to a later date. Any agenda item that is tabled will be scheduled for a future Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting. The applicant/petitioner may appeal the decision of this board to the Circuit Court of Walton County.
