Donut Hole at Inlet Beach – Project number 12-00100054 being reviewed by Heather Whitmore.  This is major development order application submitted by Preble-Rish, requesting approval to construct a standard restaurant consisting of 6,559 square feet on 1.311 acres, with a future land use of Neighborhood Infill. The project is located at the North West corner of the US 98 /Wall Street intersection in Inlet Beach (across from the US 98/CR 30A W intersection and identified by parcel number(s) 36-3s-18-16100-000-0600.

LEGISLATIVE ITEMS:

LSA 12-01.01– ADOPTIOIN HEARING -  Walton County is requesting the transmittal of a Large Scale Text Amendment to Walton County Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Element Policy L-1.4.4 Neighborhood Commercial, to modify the location criteria for new Neighborhood Commercial future land use map designations to allow new designations in the Route 30A Scenic Corridor on DeFuniak Street in Grayton Beach south of CR 30A and north of Pine Street.

Proposed project(s) or plan amendment(s) may be inspected by the public from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday at Walton County Planning and Development Services located at 31 Coastal Center Blvd, Suite 100, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32549 or 47 North 6th Street, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.

30A Venue – Project number 13-00100018 being reviewed by Brian Underwood.  This is a major development order application submitted by McNeil Carroll Engineering, Inc., requesting approval to construct a commercial retail center to own and lease, on 16.47 acres, with a future land use of VMU & Neighborhood Infill.
