US 98/30A Telecommunications Facility – Project number 12-00100055 being reviewed by Renee Bradley.  This is major development order application submitted by Baker, Donelson Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC., requesting approval to construct a 200 foot monopole cellular tower telecommunications facility and will initially lease space to three (3) tenants, designed for twelve (12) antennas at each level, with a future land use of Neighborhood Infill. Whispering Lakes Phase 1 – Project number 12-00300015 being reviewed by Heather Whitmore.  This is a plat development order application submitted by Emerald Coast Associates, Inc. requesting approval of 21 lots, consisting of 6.55(+/-) acres with a future land use of Small Neighborhood. The project is located  approximately on Hwy. 98 east to Veterans Road, 0.3 mile on Veterans Road on the east side north and identified by parcel number(s) 26-2S-20-33200-000-0190.

Country Cabin Replat – Project number 13-00300004 being reviewed by Heather Whitmore.  This is a plat application submitted by Ron Voelker Jr., with a future land use of Residential Preservation.  The project is located 4  miles East on 30A at the Camp Creek Lake and 30 A intersection and identified by parcel number(s)28-3S-18-16100-000-0030.

Emerald Coast Emporium Drive-Thru Addition – Project number 13-00100001 being reviewed by Brian Underwood.  This is a major development order application submitted by Garver, LLC. ,requesting to add a proposed drive thru lane to an existing structure, with no division of land or sale of property  consisting of +/-2.705 acres with a future land use of Coastal Center Mixed Use. SKY DIVE LIVE JUMP CLUB ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL – Project number 13-004-00001.  This is an administrative appeal submitted by Hopping Green & Sams, appealing the Planning and Development Services Director’s decision to allow a recreational skydiving club/business located in a Large Scale Agriculture land use category.
