Notice is given that stormwater permit number 1267 was issued on February 21, 2012, to EBSCO Gulf Coast Development, Inc. for the construction of a surface water management system on the subject temporary storage site. The project is located on approximately 1.1 acres on the north side of County Road C-30A in South Walton County.

The file containing the application for this permit is available for inspection Monday through Friday (except for legal holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Northwest Florida Water Management District’s ERP Office, 800 Hospital Drive, Crestview, FL 32539.

A person whose substantial interests are affected by the District permitting decision may petition for an administrative hearing in accordance with Sections 120.569 and 120.57 F.S., or may choose to pursue mediation as an alternative remedy under Section 120.573, Florida Statutes, and Rules 28-106.11 and 28-106.401-404, Florida Administrative Code.
