The Walton County Design Review Board will hold a regular public meeting to hear projects beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at the South Walton County Courthouse Annex located at 31 Coastal Centre Boulevard, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459. The Board will hear the following items:

1. JAMES BARTH DEVIATION REQUEST - Project number 09-005-00005. This is a request for deviation from Section 13.02.05.08 of the Walton County Land Development Code submitted by James and Sycondia Barth. The applicants are requesting a deviation for the size of an existing monument sign, measuring 4 feet x 17 feet, for a total of 68 square feet. 2. WATERSIDE BUSINESS CENTER MONUMENT SIGN - Project number 09-001-00039. 3. SANTA ROSA BEACH COMMUNITY CHURCH ADDITION – Project number 09-001-00038.
