AARON WARREN of Warren of Walton County Public Works (far right) explains the county’s rural road stabilization program in north Walton County with Nigerian visitors M. Ola Akeju of the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources (center) and Ike Onyiuke of Universal Stabilisation JV Limited of Abuja, Nigeria.
