THE NOV. 10 MEETING of the Walton County Commission was the final one for outgoing District 5 Commissioner Cindy Meadows, who did not run for reelection in the 2008 election. County Commission Chairman Larry Jones presented Meadows with a plaque in appreciation for her service. “It has been an honor to serve,” Meadows said.
